Daniel Hager
Welcome!
My view of design is that it is largely about discovery, and this discovery takes place for both the client and designer alike. As the designer, this process for me is one in which I focus on engaging in easy discussions early on, actively listening and learning from my clients with regards to what their desires and needs for the space are, who's using it, and what moods or expressions you want the space to portray and project (and don't worry if any of this is still unknown to you at this point, as this is part of the process and what I am here to help with). And your task, simply put, is about discovering what it is that you like and what you don't.
Client interactions are collaborations. Each finished client project is, and should be, as unique as the person (or persons) who I am doing the project for. I love playing the role of guiding my clients throughout this process, distilling down the sea of options so they can have a more curated experience when selecting the right pieces for the home. Those curations I base on insights gained during those previous conversations, and whether the scope of the project is large or small, it is worth the time and effort put in to discover what is right, even if it's just a single piece needed to make the rest of it all "work".
While I work hard creating beautiful spaces, I also take great pride and pleasure in getting to know those who I am designing the space for, as well. Having the opportunity to develop that deeper connection and understanding is what makes the design yours and your home feel like you. This is the task that I am here to help you capture, with the end goal being a space that you truly love to live in every single time you experience it.
I invite you to stop on by, sit down, and let's begin that discussion.
